Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect measurements, compatibility issues, buyer's remorse, or normal cosmetic imperfections that were disclosed in the listing.
Damaged or Misrepresented Items
If an item is significantly different from its description or arrives with undisclosed major damage, customers must contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.

Inspection at Pickup or Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect items upon pickup or delivery. Once an item has been accepted, it is considered received in satisfactory condition unless a hidden issue is reported within 48 hours.

Many items sold by Cali Deals Hunter are liquidation, open-box, or customer-return products. Minor cosmetic wear, damaged packaging, missing original packaging, or signs of previous handling may be present and do not qualify for a refund unless specifically stated otherwise.
